Hi everyone, So, the last time I updated this blog it was 2014 (?), possibly 2015, well, it's 3/4 years since and let me just say - I have been through a lot. A whole lot of good and a definite whole lot of bad to balance it out. As I mentioned, it has been years since I last updated this blog so allow me to reintroduce myself for anyone that actually cares - This is me now, pretty different from my seventeen year-old-self, right?! 😁 I am now twenty years old, twenty-one in July, I work full time as a stock controller; meaning I spend a lot of time at a desk buying building products for branches in my 'local' area. I still currently live in the Somerset area and believe it or not, I don't hate it as much as I used to. I can now drive, I definitely don't drive my car as much as I should but giving that I live a two minute walk away from my work, it's not actually that necessary for me. I can't believe it, last week I thought I would be working at Primark for years to come and now I just finished my last shift there? I loved my job there, I did but I'd been there for a year now and it was becoming a little tiresome.  I was just in town on Wednesday, minding my own business when I saw and advertisement for a new Saltrock store opening and well, I thought what could be the harm in applying- so I did. I got the job on Thursday.  It's weird to think that this all happened within the space of 24 hours and now, this weekend, I did my last two shifts at Primark. I'll miss everyone there but I think it's time to move on.  You know what they say, sometimes you're in the right place, at the right time.
