Hey! (Part 2)
Hi everyone,
So, the last time I updated this blog it was 2014 (?), possibly 2015, well, it's 3/4 years since and let me just say - I have been through a lot. A whole lot of good and a definite whole lot of bad to balance it out.
As I mentioned, it has been years since I last updated this blog so allow me to reintroduce myself for anyone that actually cares -
This is me now, pretty different from my seventeen year-old-self, right?! 😁
I am now twenty years old, twenty-one in July, I work full time as a stock controller; meaning I spend a lot of time at a desk buying building products for branches in my 'local' area. I still currently live in the Somerset area and believe it or not, I don't hate it as much as I used to. I can now drive, I definitely don't drive my car as much as I should but giving that I live a two minute walk away from my work, it's not actually that necessary for me.
Now, let me get onto why I restarted this blog and have blown all the cobwebs off my old theme and renewed it all a smidgen...
I, as from next Monday (22/01/2017), am reembarking down the path of losing weight. When I look at myself in the mirror I am most definitely not happy with the way I look, and in all honesty, I am harsh on myself. More than I should be, more than anyone should be.
So, as I like to remind myself and others around me in time of advice, "If there's something you don't like, change it." That's exactly what I intend to do and succeed at this time.
I have before tried slimming world, and did bloody well on it, also. I however did not succeed in keeping the weight off as at the time I was going through some shit that didn't help and was my main priority rather than losing weight. Looking back, I still feel annoyed with myself for quitting my diet but I can't change that now.
The reason I just told you all this? Is the question I hear you ask well...
From Monday, I will post a couple updates a week. These updates will include things I ate during that day, my gym workouts and just general updates with how I am getting along with things.
After a weekend of drinking and eating crap this weekend, I can tell next week will be the first hurdle as I start my healthier eating and getting back into workouts. I am starting my 14 day teatox so my first post on Monday will be about this and my first workout in months...
